"Jonathan Selig is a Property Manager for my rental in Wainuiomata which I purchased February 2008. Once I signed up with Jonathan I have basically left him to it to "Managing" my property. Jonathan found great tenants and keeps in contact with them (without being imposing) does regular inspections and has a very good relationship with the tenants. Happy tenants are a big plus for me. As the landlord my job is made relatively easy having Jonathan take care of issues like leaking taps etc, he informs me of issues and then takes care of things. I appreciate all the work he does and would recommend him to any prospective landlords as he "takes the hassle" out of being a landlord. "
